Some forms have fields you can click. Others are simply a page with blank spaces. MellowPDF works with both.

For a form with clickable fields

Open your PDF and type in the highlighted text fields or select a checkbox. Your changes are saved back into supported standard fields when you download the PDF.

For a scan or a form without fields

Choose Text and click the blank space where your answer belongs. Type, then press Escape to finish. Select your text and drag its grip to adjust the position. Check adds a mark, and Date adds today’s date as editable text.

Before you finish

Use the page arrows to review every page. Choose Save PDF to download a new copy. The document is processed on your device throughout.
